Once a Promoter receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Promoter’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.
Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.
